Highly dynamic applications, such as presses for scrap, paper, baling, laundry and pipe bending require special features.

• The compact structure design, the use of high-strength materials, the special heat treatment and welding processes ensure that the cylinder has a very high fatigue life under high pressure and heavy load.

• The surface of the piston rod adopts a special surface treatment to ensure that the piston rod has excellent wear resistance and side load resistance

• Adopt a high-load-bearing guiding structure to maximize the side load resistance of the cylinder

• Reasonably design the gap between the copper sleeve and the bore of the cylinder also the surface of the piston rod to avoid the surface of the plunger from being strained by the side load

• The bolts of the main cylinder and side cylinders use super nuts to prevent loosening, ensuring that the bolts do not loose

• The hydraulic cylinder adopts group V seals and adds adjusting gaskets, which has excellent sealing performance, easy maintenance and long service life

• The design has a wide range of temperature resistance (-25℃～+120℃), and can provide higher or lower temperature cylinders

• Hydraulic cylinder built-in Displacement sensor, real-time monitoring of hydraulic cylinder stroke, precise control

• The main cylinder can be equipped with a booster cylinder, and the diameter of the plunger is greatly reduced under the premise of no drop in output, which reduces the system configuration and saves costs
